Shipping Policy

Holiday Season Shipping:

During the months of November and December, you may experience shipping delays due to the holidays, influx of orders, and shipping carriers needing additional time to get your package to you.

Tracking Products:

Once the product leaves our warehouse, we ask that you please contact the shipping provider for updates regarding shipping and delivery.

Domestic Shipments:

If you haven’t received your package or your order is showing delivered, please follow the provided steps:

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered. Shipping carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered but will not deliver it until a later timeframe. If the package still has not arrived after the 5th business day, please reach out contact@alaninu.com, as our customer service team can further assist you.
  • If your package is deemed lost in transit or can not be located, please contact us via email at contact@alaninu.com and we can further assist you.

**Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages.

International shipments:

International shipments can take up to 30-45 business days to be delivered.

We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.

If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy.
